Hi, I’m Paula Marcelle, an instructional designer and learning experience strategist. I design practical, learner-centred solutions that connect research with real-world practice: from self-regulated learning and micro-credentials to AI-enabled course design. My goal is simple: help educators and organisations design with evidence, teach with empathy, and innovate for lasting impact.

I’m passionate about understanding how learners succeed in digital spaces. My research looks at self-regulated learning, micro-credentials, computational thinking, learner analytics, and emerging technologies—from AI to immersive tools—to help shape more equitable and future-ready education.
